Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ask that you value ours in return. Please review our booking policies before scheduling your session: - Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 1 hour before your appointment through your booking confirmation link. - Cancellations: Cancellations are allowed up to 12 hours before your appointment. - Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment or do not attend, a $55 fee will be charged. Booking Window: - Sessions can be booked no earlier than 1 week in advance. - Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours before the appointment. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
